I upgraded from Windows XP Pro to Windows 7 Pro about two months ago. All is working great but I noticed while watching an SuperAnti Spyware scan the folder: C\WINDOWS.OLD\WINDOWS\ I assume it is a backup folder from when I upgraded but there is no way I would ever want to go back to Windows XP as it isn't even supported anymore. So, is is safe to delete this folder? Or is it the old "If it ann't broke don't fix it" ?
It is a huge folder of files and takes up a large amount of disk space - would like to delete if is it isn't needed anymore. What do you think?
