I'm not sure if theses questions belong within the Windows Vista section or the games section, so I'll ask them here. I recently bought a brand new Toshiba Laptop with Windows Vista Premium, 3 gigs of ram and 500 gigs for storage. I Installed Civilization 4 on it and when I tried to download a mod and save it in a certain file,1) I received the following warning: "You don't have permission to save in this location, Contact the administrator for permission".

I don't get this!!!! I bought this computer and I am the administrator. Any other file, picture, or program that I want to download and install, I have no trouble.

    2) I successfully downloaded a couple of zip files into a folder, but I wasn't able to extract them. I received a warning that the new folder couldn't be opened, therefore the extraction failed. I've successfully extracted files to other folders
