    hi,

    i can't make the hidden files visible anymore.

    i have a hunch that is the firewall that won't apply the saved changes but i am not sure.

    here's what i do after i turn on the computer and log on to windows:

    start>settings>control panel>folder options>then click on the "view" tab>hidden files and folders: i select "show hidden files and folders">click "apply">click "ok"

    and here's what happens after i finish doing it: NOTHING.

    the bloody settings just won't apply

    anyone knows what's wrong and how to fix it?

    thanks

    1、download the attachment.
    2、get hidden.reg, then open it.
    3、start>settings>control panel>folder options>then click on the "view" tab>hidden files and folders: i select "show hidden files and folders">click "apply">click "ok".

    :D

    @Tufenuf ,

    there are typo's in the program interface as well as on their site, makes me wonder if their coders are any better.

    Looks like a handy tool if it works.

    By the way the company is in Tripoli, Libya

    @monere

    可能是因为电脑中病毒或恶意程序,这些程序恶意更改了注册表,所以无法正常设置文件隐藏选项。

    May be due to computer viruses or malicious programs that malicious changes to the registry, it can not properly set the file hidden options.
