Hi, I'm having a problem on my computer where folder won't open and I can't open email or even the ie browser. Nothing really wants to work. Here is my HJT file, could someone help me, I'm not too sure what to check. Thanks!

Check all R's in the log and reset your ie home pg. ex. yahoo,google,etc.. Download spybot search&destroy and adaware update them and run. Each of these catch some the other misses.

I was able to delete the R's and run adaware and reset home page but still can't open files, and when I restart there is this error that comes up that says: winnt\bxxs5.dll and then all the icons in my tray go away.

I have a complete list of all you need to delete.By the way you have a hijacker inref to bssx5.B4 I list them all please download spybot search and destroy update it and run and direct email me a copy of your new hijackthis log after you do this.I hoped adaware would have fixed some of these. This will save alot of space.

This object indicates you have RapidBlaster.

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [rbenh ml700e] "C:\Program Files\RBEnhance\rbenh.exe"

Go Here and run RapidBlasterKiller. Read through the info on the site to understand what other operations may be needed.

When you are finished, restart your computer and post a new HJT scan.
