I am trying to create an org chart with 7 subordinates. As soon as I enter more than 10 or 11 characters in a box, the font size changes to like, 4.5 - and I can't figure out how to stop this from happening. I have tried searching for hours and looked at the autoformat options, but I can't figure what to do.
    I'm using office xp.
Any help would be greatly appreciated - thanks.

Here you can see the problem.
Rather than breaking down onto a new line, it tries to keep the full text string on a single line, and it doesn't want to make the box bigger, so the font size goes down to near zero!!
