I did not see this information, what is your video card. To find out, hold down Windows key and press R, type DXDIAG and open that. On the display tab it should tell you what video card you have.

You are using intergrated video... I think the video card is not really good as integrated cards use physical RAM to run.

Try updating your video drivers

its happened due do memory. when system load over data in to memory fastlly then system goes to crash and give dump error. increase your ram.

He has 4GB, quite sufficent for the game. Recommended is 1GB
