For some reason, I cannot find any new email to my Outlook account. Last post received was on 11/07/2019. I've had telephone calls asking me to respond to email's that have been sent to my web address: . Has anyone else run into this problem?

Do these emails show up if you use their web based email? Any errors when trying to send/receive?

I edited out your email. Posting your email in a public forum is just asking to be spammed.
You need to answer the above questions regarding any error msg and if you can access your mail from a web browser.

No problem using Gmail; only in getting anything into my Outlook inbox. I haven't received any mail since Nov. 7.2019.

So you are not receiving email in your Outlook app. OK, does it say anything on the bottom right of Outlook, like Work Offline? If so, then you need to disable Work Offline mode.

So there is no status on the bottom right? What happens if you click on Send/Receive All?

Many email providers require a secure mail key. I had to do this for my email.
