I recently purchased online the Microsoft Office 11 for iMac. This was done through the HUP scheme through the company I work for. I was sent a confirmation and as advised forwarded the link to my home email address.
On my Mac I opened the email but when I clicked on the long to download the software got a "Forbidden 403" message and the software would not download?

Any help in resolving this issue would be very much appreciated.

    Thanks in advance

That error is a problem on the web server, nothing on your computer.

    It can be caused by:
    1. The link is an empty page
    2. The web site is missing an index.hm or index.html file
    3. The permissions on the files on the web site are wrong
You'll need to contact the site admin.

Can you post the link or is it private?
If so sometimes you can see common spelling errors in the link or trying changing index.hm to index.html and vice versa. Sometimes you get lucky.
