Hi! I have a strange problem accessing one partcular website and no other. Whenever I try to access reflexive.net from my home computer I get the following: Forbidden You don't have permission to access / on this server. I have no problem accessing this site from work or at my friends house. This problem has been going on for at least 2 months and it appears that this is the ONLY website affected. I tried doing a tracert on reflexive.net and got the following:

    Microsoft Windows XP [Version 5.1.2600]
    (C) Copyright 1985-2001 Microsoft Corp.

    C:\Documents and Settings\Steven Arfa.STEVEN>tracert reflexive.net

Have you tried a ping to check packet loss on that address?

I tried a ping...no packet loss. Is there any possible reason that this website would be the only one that would not allow me to access it? I don't think it could be a problem with the website since it works fine at every place I tried it at, other than at home.

I had a similar problem a few years ago. I wasn't able to connect to certain websites. If I went to my neighbors on the floor, they connected to it just fine. I thought it was my computer, but when I put it on a different connection, I was able to get to the site okay. It turned out there were problems with the routers that I was connected to. I don't think that this would be your problem since you can actually connect. But, it is just one of many possibilities.

This is very strange, but today after not being able to access this site for at least 2-3 months, I tried it just now and it works fine! I didn't do anything to try fixing it. Is it possible that someone from reflexive.net reads this forum, saw this posting and realized there was something wrong with the website that wouldn't allow some people to access it and fixed it? If not, it sure is a coincidence that the website works for the first time in a long time the day after I post here! Thanks everyone for your advice.
