force delete windows.old in windows 8

    Hello Good day :)
    I'm having a problem now on deleting my windows.old folder on my c drive. I wanted to delete it bcoz I want to use the space for my new apps..
    It always prompted me with"access is denied".. :confused:

    Does anybody know how? Please ^_^
    I really need your help ...

    Use the Disk Cleanup utility run as administrator. The utility is located in Control Panel > Administrative Tools. Scroll through the items to delete and check all that apply.

    You can also start to type cleanmng in the modern screen and it will be shortlisted.
