I need to format a hard drive so I can install win 7-64.
When I attempt I get a screen with three options. Which should I choose?
    Thanks.

It would GREATLY help if we knew what those options were. As well as the make/model and OS.

Select the "custom (advanced)" option, then select "Drive options (advanced)", then delete all 3 partitions, then create a new partition, then format that new partition, then install Windows 7 in it.

Looked at the guide you mentioned. Please tell me how to get to "custom (advanced)", to delete all partitions and then to create new one.
Thank for being patient (sp) with this old man.
