Hello, i'm trying this forum for the first time, hope i can get some help here.
I have been using a computer for a while now, and i do know my way around different problems, but now am i facing one that I really can't solve.

I recently did a format on my c: where my OS is located, as normal i made backup of the documents and settings folder so later on i won't regret my format. Now i have an annoying problem, I can't login to my hotmail account.
Sure i have tried to remember what i typed in like 2-3 years ago as my favorite pet's name, but hey, i'm 16 years old, and two years ago i bet my favorite pet's name would have been michael jackson (tried that btw).

I have my cookies from before my format, is there any way i can retrieve my passwords from the cookies and get my hotmail working again?

Hope i can get some working answers here.

    Call 1-800-386-5550
(MSN) and they will reset the password for free. They will need to
    verify the account information though.

Tried that, the msn folks wanted to know my surname, and i told them my surname, but again, hey i was not very old, and at that time i'm pretty sure my mom told me not to give out any real information regarding myself.
I'm soon realizing i can't get my old mails, and have to register a new one.
