    Hello

I just reformatted by C: drive and am trying to reinstall Windows 98. However for some odd reason the computor won't boot from the flopy drive. To make matters worse, when I hit "del" to get in to the setup menu it prompts me for a password.

    Please Help

Ok, I managed to resolve it. I took out the battery on the motherbord overnight so that the whole motherbord reset itself, including the password. Then I went on in, and changed the primary boot to A:, booted from my flopy with CD rom support and then rinstalled windows. Now I have another problem but that's for another thread.
