Actually XP can read and write to NTFS and fat 32 file systems on the same PC. It's 98 that can't see an NTFS partition. I have 98se, 2K Pro, and XP Pro installed on my PC. I used NTFS for 2K and XP. I have one partition that is shared with them all, it's formatted FAT32 so 98 can have access. I have NTFS Dos Pro as a backup plan.
