Formatting Current Time/Date as YYYY-MM-DD 13:24:00

Is there a function that would allow me to display the current time and date in this format:

YYYY-MM-DD 13:24:00? I'm tired = Now() and =GetDate() but they dont seem to work. Thank you!

I'm not sure what language you're talkina bout but if its php heres how to do it

PHP:
$stuff = date("Y-m-d G:i");
echo($stuff);

I'm sorry. I forgot this wasn't a VB forum. I'm trying to do this in Visual Basic. Thanks!
