Formatting HDD , help ?

    Hi all , Im trying to fix up an old Pc , and in the process of formatting drive C: , I keep getting the message ......
    ( cannot format network drive )
    Can anybody help me .:confused:
    Sys : Pet mmx 200
    65mb ram
    was running win98se, But unable to get into windows.

    Go to BOOTDISK and download the W98 boot disk, format it after booting from floppy.
