Formatting now hard drive, now it won't show up at all

    So I was formatting my new hard drive, and then the computer rebooted during the formatting, and now nothing works, usbs, the hard drive isn't working now at all I can't do anything to it, nothing's working now basically and I have no clue where to go from here, would love to post all the specs of the computer but I'm on mobile trying to desperately figure its this out :(

    Can you be more detailed and specific about what you did?

    Normally, you install a new hard drive inside a desktop or laptop, then you make sure it's recognized in the BIOS, then you insert the Windows install media and boot from it, then you follow the instructions to format the hard drive before the Windows install process starts.
