Word 2000. I have a table. Within the table is text and pictures. Each picture is formatted so that it is "behind text". Unfortunately now, I cannot select the pictures to change anything (like it's position). If the picture is "in line with text", "in front of text", etc., then all one needs to do is left mouse click the picture to edit it. However when the picture is "behind text", it is difficult to select to edit.

Sometimes, a right mouse click on the image works. However nothing is working now. Please help asap. Thanks!

Andy:

If you're not viewing your drawing toolbar, hit View-Toolbars, and choose Drawing.

On it, you'll see a button that looks suspiciously like your mouse pointer.

Only after your click on it, your mouse pointer will select ONLY graphics, and not text.

Don't forget to click on the button again when you're done playing with your drawings.

:D
