Hey everyone,
I'm really confused how to format sentence structure within Microsoft Word 2010. I'm trying to convert pdf files into audio files while using a special type of text-to-speech software. The problem is that when I open the pdf in the software the text looks like this...
sample text sample text
sample text
sample text sample text
sample text sample text
sample text sample text sample text
sample text sample text
As you can see, this is very annoying when trying to edit it. I'm trying to edit it so I can make sure when I convert the text to audio, it will converts properly. I want to figure a way to automatically format the sentences so instead of just a few words per sentence it can become a complete sentence. Does anyone know how to do this?
