I uninstalled XP by re-formatting the hard drive. used a windows 98 boot floppy to re-start comp. Everything went great.
Trying to install 98 from CD, cannot locate the cd drive. Typed in at the A prompt the prompt(s) for the cd-nothing found. Now what do I do?

If you are using the Win98 boot floppy, make sure you choose "Start with CD-ROM support", which loads generic CD-ROM drivers to allow it to function in DOS. And when you do, remember that the CD-ROM drive letter will be pushed back one to allow for the Ramdrive. In other words, if your CD drive is D:. it will be temporarily pushed back to E:. Once windows is loaded it will automatically convert back to D:.
