formatting?

    Hey guys, i was just wondering if reformatting windows 98 is similar to XP? like teh "format c:/q, and d:\setup commands

    Easiest way is to boot to the cd and let XP delete and recreate partition (s) . . then format and proceed to installation.

    Boot disk an Format C: will work great if it is win 98
