    Hi all,

Hope I've posted this in the right place - I will try to be as straight forward as possible with my question..

I have a spreadsheet that is using the VLOOKUP formula (which I want to keep). Once Excel has done it's thing with the existing formula, I would like it to tell me if the result is equal to, below, or above a target - the calculation and the targets are text (and I need them to stay that way). Could anyone advise, in really simple instructions (sorry), how I might go about this? I can attach a sample of the spreadsheet.

I feel like it might be really simple but I've been frying my brain with other formulas on other spreadsheets so I'm looking at this one with a tired pair of eyes and slower brain!

Thanks so much in advance! Appreciate any replies.
