im trying to make a gameplay video. the sound in the video is really soft. only when the pc sound is set really high, can sound be heard in the video, but still quite soft.

so for proper recording, i want to set the sound volume to extremely loud, but disconnect the loudspeakers. BUT can it still damage any hardware parts?

but maybe any other recording solutions?
