Is there anything other than Ultra VNC and join.me for a program to be able to simply click and get someone else connected?

Ultra VNC is convenient but the connection is crap. It drops every minute and takes at least 2-3 minutes to refresh the screen some times. Then you have to close it out and have the person run the program again to get you connected. It's a hassle.. join.me works most of the time, but it's not really convenient to go here.. enter numbers.. allow me control and plus it doesn't have many features.

TeamViewer sounds a lot like what you're looking for.

Yes looks like this would work... the free version is for "Non Commercial" use. Is there some reason why it says you can't use it for a business envrionment? Is there anything that's preventing a business from using their free version?

There is nothing Technical from keeping you from using it but if the BSA or Software Vendor finds out you will have a Big Huge Lawsuit on your hands. I have seen this happen to a few small businesses and a few large ones.

If you're going to use it for professional use, you need to purchase it.

As Squashman said, there's nothing technical stopping you, just legal issues.

90% of our clients we already have a way to get in. It's just that other 10% where we use Ultra VNC, which like I said seems very unreliable. TeamViewer pricing seems reasonable but it's probably not worth it when we wouldn't use it that much.

Is there anything else you guys have come accross that might work better?

Nothing that isn't going to require purchase if used professionally.
