Free VOB converter

Hi:
I bought a Tclast PMP.
I am kinda new at video formats and my question is this.
I am looking for a free progtam that converts
VOB from my DVD to any of the following formats:
DivX
HD
AVI
Mpeg
PMP
Mp4
FLV

I hope I am describing the situation right

You should try Xvid4PSP http://www.fiberdownload.com/Download/21044/XviD4PSP . Originally it was developed to convert videos for Sony PSP , but now supports multiple formats ( PC or iPhone )
