You have a good list of popular and useful security type programs Ad-Aware, Spybot and SpywareBlaster are especially good. What is missing, however, is a good firewall. Maybe you have one you purchased?

    Free Zone Alarm firewall

I don't know about the other utilities good or bad.

Sygate is better free firewall. It uses less resources and is less intrusive on the system.

Be careful about updating CM Diskcleaner! The latest version isn't free any more (after a 21-day trial). Thing is, they don't tell you that - I used the program's "check/update" feature and ended up with the newer version that's going to quit working in 3 more days.

Anybody know of a site where I can d/l the last free version?
