Freezes at random--please read HJT log ...

    Running ME 4.90.3000 on a Pentium III with 319 RAM

    Recently infected with trojan horse virus(s) that are supposed to be gone, but my system still seems quirky; it slows and freezes at random, sometimes at shutdown. My system resources are never higher than 78% and often fall below 60.

    I've updated then run AdAware and Spy-Bot, then ran Hijack This. Here is the log. I would greatly appreciate someone looking it over. Many thanks!
