My computer runs windows 7 after a brush with some sort of spyware that prevented anything thing from loading would pop up taskmanger unable to load may be infected download so and so to fix which it would do for any program so I had to boot up in safe mode and run system restore after which everything seemed to work ok but a couple times in a day I will either get a blue screen with a memory dump that causes the computer to just reboot or the computer freezes up and makes a weird buzzing sound which needs a hard reboot, Any suggestions would be greatly apreciated

somehow the system restore killed everything in my documents I had upgraded from vista to 7 not long ago and went through my windows.old folder in attempts to find some of my documents there and those folders are now missing also is there some way to undelete something or recover something that might have been removed but could still be hidden on the HD somewhere

Computer crashes does a physical memory dump then reboots. Sometimes when it reboots it boots to a blue screen and has to do a hard reboot. other times it boots up normal
