HijackThis is referring to BHOs in general and not that particular one. Nothing to worry about.

If you get the latest version of Fresh Download, You can go to...View...Fresh Download Options...Integration...and select... Method 2 (NSH)...that should take care of the BHO...personally I think Fresh Devices is safe, been using their programs for quite awhile...If you are concerned, E-Mail them, they are one of the few that return E-Mails in a timely fashion...Rhett

BHOs are much like cookies and ActiveX. When used properly, they can be quite handy and serve great purposes. But like with many things now, unscrupulous folk have found ways to abuse good things.

I raised the question in the review thread a couple of weeks ago.
I uninstalled all their stuff months ago when I discovered they had a BHO, be it good or bad. BHODemon unearthed it for me. I always have my doubts about BHO's being planted in my browser
why can they not ask if you want to have them. As far as I can remember I emailed them asking the question but got no reply.
Now I'm NOT dead sure about that.
With all that very attractive free software they need financed by
    some means. :( :D :(

Have a read of this; http://snurl.com/i57
