    The system:
    Asus EeePC 1000HE

    The problem:
    1. Right clicking desktop causes computer to hang,
    2. Accessing Control Panel causes computer to hang,
    3. Opening Microsoft Office applications causes computer to hang,
    4. Pressing CTRL+ALT+DEL causes computer to hang.

    Attempts:
    1. Tried to scan for viruses/spyware... nothing found.
    2. Tried to do system restore... but ends up in "System Restore Incomplete".
    3. For Problem #1, someone suggested using ShellExView to isolate and disable the cause. This worked and now I can right click on the desktop without it hanging. But still was not able to solve the other problems.

This is my first post. I hope you guys can help me. Thank you very much!
