    Have you tried booting into safe mode? Boot the system and start tapping F8. When the menu comes up select Safe Mode. If it stops loading, tell us what the file name is at the bottom of the load list on the screen and include the extension please. Example "Atipcie.sys"

    Did this happen after you installed a game? Tell us what the exact make and model of your system is please. classpnp.sys is a hardware file.

    no game install i was at espn. com making changes to fantasy football teams and program froze and i chose to recover web page and when i came back had that blue screen, system is an dell inspiron 560, thanks.

    Boot the system and start tapping F8 again. now select "Repair Your Computer" Follow the prompts. Post the results please.
