    Hi everyone ,
I am trying to help my friend getr her computer running smoothly again, so we can get her off of using Windows ME. I was told that the computer needs to be virus & bug free before installing another O/P system.

She is having several problems that I cant seem to fix or figure out.

    1. I cant print at all she has a HP Deskjet 3940 and all that happens is the print job just sits in the print queue & when I try to delete it it wont ever delete.

    2. Not able to open any links in emails or on most websites. When I click the link or download the window opens up like its going to open the page but never does.

    3. Her help files dont open up either the main page comes up but thats it.

    4. I get a Error message pop up all the time saying that the IExplorer.exe has caused an error and has to close. If problem persist restart computer. It makes me close it and I lose the page I am on.

I have ran HJT log to post plz let me know what I need to do from here plz.

I was wondering is it a bad idea to post all of the problems I am experiencing into 1 post? or should I have just posted the HJT log and then waited for a reply & then posted my problems one at a time? I am just curious I noticed there was a blue check mark by my posting , what does that mean? I know you all work very hard and have a lot of people to tend to that is why I am asking what is the best way to post something and the fastest way to get a response.
