    Hello there,

I have a hosting account with Godaddy.com and I have been having difficulty accessing it through ftp lately. I know the login info is correct. According to the logs it looks as though the server is not returning the file list. Godaddy claims it is a problem with my ISP as there are multiple timeouts when I do a tracert, but I can log into other ftp sites with no problem even though there are multiple timeouts to those sites as well.

    Here's my tracert info.

    Tracing route to cfisupply.com [72.167.210.22]

and here is the log from filezilla

I have tried changing the filezilla timeout even up to 300 seconds, but it still timeouts.

Do you have any recommendations? Your help is greatly appreciated.
