FTP Problems.

Hello There:
I am in need of some help with my free FTP software. (I can suppy the name of the software if that is allowed)
I use Windows 2000 and I had to place new FTP on here and I have tried everything I can think of,( being a novice with FTP, That isn't much.) To get have a successfull transfer photos into my PC. I have been working on it for 3 days. Please can anyone help me?
Here is all I end up with and I don't know what to do next.

Thank you for such quick help. I will go over now and try this filezilla.
Your a great help. I really am grateful for "tech guy site". It always is a help to me. I will try to donate some next week.
