    Need help to make files from my other computer accessible on the web...FTP...I think.If this is it could u tell me a free program to use to do this. If it isnt could u tell me how to do this so i can make it where people can get stuff off that computer over the web thanks.

    I dont have much experience with home servers, but Apache Web Server seems to be most popular.

    Even though Windows offers the ability to configure FTP it is much easier to set up and maintain an FTP using third party software. There are several choices of decent FTP software selling between $35 - 50
