    Hello All!

Wondering if anyone can help me with this one: If possible, how do I adjust my Internet Explorer settings so that any new window/link that I open will open full-screen? I have looked throughout the tools & help menus and found nothing that seems to answer this. IE usually does open everything within it full-screen, but occasionally(like this morning!) this setting mysteriously seems to change, and every new window is opened minimized. The only way in the past I've been able to address it is to do a complete system restore, but I'm hoping there is an easier way. I'm currently using a small laptop, and having to maximize every window or link I open is a pain.

I'm also curious as to how this setting seems to change itself on occasion - or is it moi?? Any thoughts are greatly appreciated!

That was a good thing. So many don't check and immediately post. It is also good to search here because many common problems have been solved before.

IE actually has 4 modes...Normal Window, Maximized Window, Minimized Window and Full Screen. Full screen is opened by hitting F11 or by holding CTRL when opening an IE window. However, I don't think that is what you really want.

Hopefully this is what you mean:
Open up IE then right click on ANY link. Select "open in a new window." Once you have opened the link in a new window drag it to the size you want it to be. Close the FIRST window you opened then close the link you opened. Your windows should now open the way you want.

Thanks Sekirt - THAT seems to have done the trick! Now if I could just figure out why IE randomly seems to like to change this setting on occasion...but I guess I can live w/ a little mystery as long as I know how to reset it! Appreciate your help - thanks again...
