Hi Everyone, I am having an issue that no one can figure out. We have users being moved from Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2003. What we are noticing is that they are not seeing the new global address book unless we uncheck Cached Exchange Mode. They are all running Windows XP SP2, Outlook 2003.

The process we have tried is downloading the GAB, doesnt work. Then we have gone in and unchecked Cached Exchange Mode on their account, closed Outlook, relaunched Outlook, downloaded GAB, we now see the correct GAB. As soon as we recheck Cached Exchange Mode, close out of Outlook and open it back up, the GAB is the incorrect. These users need to be able to have Cached Exchange Mode enabled.

Were not sure what is going on. Any insite.
