Well, im back with some more problems...when I try and run Halo I get a mesage that my drivers arent that good, and that Halo won't work good with it. So I need to update my driver. I tried S3graphics.com and couldn't find a good enough driver. Can somebody please help me find a website with drivers better than: 6.14.10.21 for a S3 graphics ProsavageDDR?
BTW when i try and play other games like Midnight club 2 it crashes on me.
Could you possibly post some more info on your system :
Which version of Win ? How much Ram ? What CPU ? What version of Direct X - you can check most of this if you :
Start > Run and type DXDIAG then look at the interface that appears.
Are you shutting down all non essential apps before starting these games as other things like Anti Virus progs will hog your resources. Especially as onboard graphics is using your system ram to function.
Its also worth considering that with such intense games you are likely to need a dedicated graphics card.
Do we understand correctly that the game installed without error, but when you run it, it crashes? Give full error messages when you get them, and a little more info on when it occurs. Does it happen immediately on launching, or only after playing for a while?
Have you checked the "readme.txt" in the Halo programs file for issues? Have you tried running the game at lower settings?
