My friend just got a copy of "Alien VS Predator", his computer is more than enough to run the game, but AVP seems to crash before gameplay even begins.

When he finally got the game to run, we don't know how, there was a sound that kept looping throughout the game, I believe it was the opening theme song and the looping of it is very annoying.

Also, at random, the game seems to get slow and choppy. Sometimes when you restart the game up everything runs at a good speed.

My friend has no trouble running "Baldur's Gate", which is a new game than AVP, by about a decade.

This does not seem to be a Direct X issue, we ran the diagnostics tests for Direct X, accessing the diagnostics throught the "run command: dxdiag"

    Any help please.
