Games Are Choppy/Laggy

Hi the specs to my pc are
Intel i-5
Gtx 680 ti
8 gigs ram
1tb storage
Everytime i try to run a game its choppy and laggy, ive updated all drivers and i have an inline for my connection. I dont know what else to do

We need more information about your PC, so please do the following in it:

Download and save the TSG System Information Utility (SysInfo.exe) file.
After it's been downloaded and saved, double-click it to run it.
