Yes, helping users with a problem on "computer A", which cannot access TGF is something TGF members frequently need to do.

    Still needed!

    2. Brand, model & model # PC or motherboard.

    4. Exact error messages, please.

AND Information from the Event Viewer.

Save the information to your computer's hard disk drive [ HDD ]. Then, copy it to a flash drive.
Turn off the problem computer. Remove the flash drive. Turn on a different computer. Insert flash drive into different computer.

    Return to this thread.
Use "go advanced" button. See screen shot I have provided, earlier in this thread.
Upload items from the event viewer.

From the DxDiag report, we know your computer is running W7 Pro, 32 bit; that your computer has 2GB [ 2048 MB ram ], and "Processor: Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU E3300 @ 2.50GHz (2 CPUs), ~2.5GHz".

    Please read this. http://www.dummies.com/how-to/content/how-to-safely-remove-hardware-in-windows-7.html
Before removing a device [ flash drive for example ], it is a good idea to stop the communication between the device and the computer. Not doing so can damage the device! :)

I don't play Facebook games. If you have problems only with Facebook games, run IE 8 with no add ons.
start > programs / all programs > accessories > system tools > IE no add ons.
Go to Facebook. Try to play a game which previously has caused problems.
    Do error messages occur?
    Report the results.

    Please read this: http://help.artaro.eu/index.php/win...dows-7/repair-your-computer-in-windows-7.html
Go to 2. Repair your computer, for information about starting your computer in "safe mode with networking".
Start your computer in "safe mode with networking".
NOTE: You will NOT have antivirus, anti spyware protection nor firewall protection! USE SAFE MODE WITH NETWORKING [ SM w N ] WITH CAUTION! Visit only Tech Guy Forum, when using SM w N, unless otherwise directed.

Use the computer. Do error messages occur?

After using the computer for what you believe to be a reasonable amount of time, restart the computer, but let the boot process continue into normal Windows.

Now, please provide information about the error messages. Create screen shots, if that is easier for you than copying down that which is displayed on the screen. NOTE: a screen shot cannot be created when a BSOD, blue screen of death, appears.

Also, finally, look for mini dumps.
On the problem computer, go to C:\Windows\Minidump
Across the top of your screen, left click "organize" > layout. Left click "menu bar" if that does not have a check mark.
Now, left click "view" > details.

Create a folder, on the problem PC's desktop, called: minidumps_date
Copy the most recent 3 mini dumps and paste them into minidumps_date
    Then zip / compress minidumps_date.
    http://grok.lsu.edu/Article.aspx?articleId=13244
Then, return to the thread and, using "go advanced" and "manage attachments", upload minidumps_date which has been zipped .

If you don't see C:\Windows\Minidump , be sure the problem PC is configured to create mini dumps.
Be sure the problem computer is set to create mini dumps.
    Go to: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/315263
    Read: Configure the dump type

Someone at TGF will examine the mini dumps for you.

You shouldn't have to change anything. My Win 7 computer can play the Facebook games with no problem. And if Windows 7 stops working periodically perhaps the software install isn't quite right. I'd take it back to where you bought it.

I think one purpose of TGF is find out why some computer users can not perform a task, while other PC users can perform a task.

    My $0.03.
