    Hi

Basically when i'm playing games on my laptop, i go from having 30ms when the laptop is unplugged to having to charge it as battery is low and ms jumps to between 500 and 2000. obviously unplayable. I have a MSI gf62-8rd on windows 10. I have installed all windows updates, i have installed latest network drivers. I have changed a few settings but none have changed anything,
    Hope you can help
    Thanks

Laptop brand and exact model? Version of Windows? Is the battery original? If so, how old is it? If not, did you replace it with something that matches the original specs? Is the charger original?

If the laptop struggles to charge and be usable at the same time, there might be a hardware problem with a) the battery b) the adapter and the cord attaching the adapter to the wall c) the port that the adapter plugs into.
