Hi everyone, Please help me with this. Whenever I play FPS Games like Team Fortress 2 or A.V.A, it will somehow stutter when I hold onto the movement buttons, which are W,A,S,D. I couldn't go on with the game as I would need to press and release, press and release again just to move around.

Hi there,

So you're saying that stuttering occurs only when you hold on to these 4 keys? Do you notice any other players stuttering while you're not touching these keys?

It will occur when I hold one of these keys, which are the movement keys when playing in FPS, only when I release the key, it will go back to normal. but this means that I would have to keep pressing and release on the keys to move around. Another point is that when it stutters, the sounds also do stutter.

Have you checked the directions to be sure that press and release is not the way they want you to move? It may be a pain, but that is how some games work.

nope definitely not. because a game to be specific, A.V.A, requires sprinting, which is pressing the movement key twice and holding it.

Wireless keyboard??

I would check your keyboard driver. There may be a setting in there.

If you got a wireless keyboard then you'll be outa luck. In my experience they cant be used for FPS games at all.

Nope, Initially I thought it was because of the PS2 keyboard I am using. But I have changed into an USB keyboard now, but the problem still occurs.
