(Processor and graphics card performance scores)

Add another 8 GB of DDR4 RAM and run your gaming computer with 16 GB.

Make sure the graphics card has the most current driver.

Hello, it looks like your mobo comes with integrated GPU, but it's not clear how and if the system switches to NVIDIA card during gamming.
If it doesn't switch then that's the issue you need to resolve.

Usually you control GPU with AI suite on ASUS boards, if you don't have it you can download it here:
https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/PRIME-A320M-K/HelpDesk_Download/

Another possible problem is that you disabled "High precision event timer" which according to wikipedia:
The HPET can produce periodic interrupts at a much higher resolution than the RTC and is often used to synchronize multimedia streams, providing smooth playback and reducing the need to use other timestamp calculations
According to users on techpowerupforums this should be enabled, ex:
After whole day testing I definetelly concluded that disabling the HPET,causes more stuttering and FPS drops while gaming!
If you need further help, please provide details of what you did, how it worked and what troubleshooting steps you did.

In addition follow below steps to generate Direct X diagnostic log:

1. Press: Windows key + R
2. Type into run box: dxdiag
3. Click OK
4. If asked to check for driver signatures click "YES"
5. Wait until progress bar is complete
6. Click on "Save All Information..." button
7. Save the file to your desktop
8. Zip up the file and attach to your reply

For more information about dxdiag tool see below link:

EDIT:
You didn't provide game settings used, for optimal settings see below and similar links:

There i no second GPU according to dxdiag, so likely no benefit from AI suite.

No, your monitor is 1366 x 768 @60Hz, that's fine, IF I'm wrong and your monitor is of higher resolution you should set it to default resolution.

Sorry I have only 30 minutes until next time, and since there is still no info on GFX settings used, I recommend you to reset NVIDIA settings in NVIDIA control panel, reset game GFX settigns in game, and use Geforce Experience to adjust game settings for optimal performance.

Download Geforce Experience

Let me know if there is any change after doing these things.
Make sure not to manually adjust GFX settings, at least not until problem is resolved.
