OK Above is the poll with a list of new names as submitted by members ...it might be best if you DONT vote for your own suggestion/s as we might end up with a hung vote :D so vote away ...whats your suggestion?

I have made it so you can vote for more than one,so we can be sure we get a good majority ....

Thanks, Bob, for arranging the poll. Will vote now. I could only vote once, but that's perfectly all right.

:)

Dont quite know why you could only vote once as its a multiple choice poll ...the only thing I can think off is that you didnt tick all the boxes you wanted to vote for in one go :) once you have voted whether it be for one or 6 ,you cannot vote again ....

I voted for "the garden space" and "the potting shed", but if I were to choose a title it'd something like:

Gardeners Dig TSG

or

TSG Life Is A Garden: Dig It.

:D

I hope to have some garden pics to post this spring. :)

Thanks for starting the poll Bob! After a couple of days or so I will take the results and ask a mod to change the thread title for us! I will also try to include the links from our previous years threads!

I voted for Green Acres, Gardeners World and TGA Gardeners.

There's something about Green Acres that appeals to me. :D

I was accually thinking about an old TV program called Green Acres. Their song at the beginning of the program was. "Green Acres is the Place to be."

Thanks, Bob. That's what it must be. Not a problem.

Nice, Bushlady. Don't think we had that programme over here. :)

One of the men at Palmer Gardens, the nursery where I volunteer, is very excited as he's been allotted a plot on an allotment at the other end of town. Several of his friends have plots on the same ground and he's looking forward to the coming growing season. He's been on the waiting list for quite a time.

Aw, what a shame, Blackmirror - something to dream about having one day!

You sound like my husband :) he's always waiting for the magical date of May 15th - out here you really shouldn't plant before then.

Glad to know I'm not alone. Growing things brings me such delight, and those around me seem to like it too.:)
