Well. This morning I turned on my Gateway Laptop (Model MD7818u) and I did not hear the fan turn on, so I restarted it and the fan turned on but after the gateway screen it shows this error "Windows failed to start. A recend Hardware or software change might be the cause.
And it gives me the option to "Launch startup repair" or start up windows normally. I did both of them and it just stays on the Microsoft Corporation screen with the green loading bar... Can anyone help?
Also I did not change anything with the system. It worked all day yesterday.

I turned on the Gateway laptop numerous times and I noticed the CPU Cooling fan in the back turns on when it gets to the Gateway logo and then turns off on the error screen and then I choose either "Launch Startup repair" or Start windows normally, and then it freezes on the microsoft corporation screen without the cooling fan turning on.
