GDI.EXE general protection fault

When I try to print my calendar from Calendar Creator it won't print and I get a general protection fault in GDI.exe. This also happens when trying to print a document with certain graphics in it.

I don't know if this is related or note but printer will not print in gray scale - only black and white.
