Hi,

when loading Assassins Creed Valhalla my System (only graphic card?) crashes with a Blackscreen (no cursor). The fan turns high and the music continues playing. No chance to revive the display. I have to cold reset the PC. Few times the game loads regularly and the BS occurs only after some time of playing.

Same problem happens with MSFS 2020. Not while loading, but while playing, specially if simultaneously a youtube video plays.

But - there are times where I can run AC Valhalla, MSFS 2020, Cities Skylines plus two youtube videos simultaneously and nothing happens but a low framerate.

Things I have tried so far:
  • Check Windows EventViewer for suspect log entries (but not sure whether I looked at the right positions)
  • De- and Reinstall Nvidia driver
  • Update AMD Chipset driver
  • Check Hardware for stable connections, inside and out
  • Exchange DP Monitor cable, try HDMI cable
  • Run FurMark, OCCT graphic, CPU and RAM test - pass...
  • Checked AC Valhalla for corrupt files
  • checked Direct X 12.0
... and, during the last months, for sure a couple of things more I do not remember at the moment.

The problem occured while using Windows 10 64bit and persisted after having updated to Windows 11

System Information:

Thank you for hints.
