My Geforce4Ti4600 properties says its in PCI slot 1, but it's in the agp slot which makes no sense, and it also says I am using DirectX 8.1, but I have 9.0a. Would these problems affect it at all because it's been locking up when I play games?

The pci slot 1 is normal, all do it, don't worry about that.

You may want to reinstall directx 9 and your video drivers and give it a shot
