I have just gotten over a large virus problem, and I hope to have everything removed. I was told that HiJackThis worked well, but you had to know what was good and what wasn't. I, however, do not know. Where can I go to learn about what the scan results are telling me so that I can better maintain my system?

Just in case, the scan results are as follows:

    Logfile of HijackThis v1.99.1
Scan saved at 10:13:10 AM, on 2/17/2007
